Yes. We do not store search queries tied to identities. Searching is anonymous. We are GDPR-compliant and based in Denmark.
How do I report my own item as missing or stolen?
Log in, open the Passport for the item, and click "Report as missing". Add a last-known location, contact preference, and optional finder reward. The item immediately appears in this registry. Creating a Passport is free.
Does "not found" mean the item is definitely not stolen?
No. "Not found" means the item is not in our database — either the owner hasn't registered it, or they haven't reported it missing. We can only confirm status for actively registered items. For high-value purchases, always ask for a receipt.
