These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ItemRecover’s website, apps, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You grant ItemRecover a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services (including generating Proof Packs, enabling tag-based recovery, and running scans you initiate).

If you use scanning features, you understand that extracted fields can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming details before relying on them for insurance, police reports, resale, or other decisions.
